PAYMENT TERMS
Secure your dream vacation with ease through our straightforward payment process. Upon reservation, a 50% payment is due within 7 days, ensuring your spot is reserved exclusively for you. The remaining balance is to be settled 60 days before your anticipated arrival on the island.
For Holiday Rentals, the final payment is due 90 days prior to your island arrival, allowing you to focus on planning the perfect getaway while we take care of the details. Your stress-free vacation begins with hassle-free payments.

We STRONGLY ADVISE guests to purchase TRIP INSURANCE!
Ensure your journey remains smooth even during unexpected events such as hurricane evacuations or family emergencies like illness or bereavement.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation of booking at any time may result in forfeiture of total money paid.
Refunds for the property rental will only be made under the following circumstances:
1. The property is unfit for habitation, and no equivalent substitute can be found; or
2. The property is rebooked for the period of the booking. If a portion of the rental time is rebooked then a pro-rated refund will be made based on days rebooked and value of rebooking.
Any refund given will be subject to a 20% service fee assessed against the total rental rate.
DAMAGES/ LOSSES SECURITY
Guests will have to fill out a Credit Card Waiver at check-in. Your credit card will only be charged in case of Damages/Losses.
